Refunds and returns are given within 30 days from when your order is shipped.We want you to be happy with your purchase, therefore we will gladly accept any items and provide either an exchange, or a complete refund (less shipping).
Returns must be in new/unused condition.We reserve the right to not accept items which have been damaged.
In order to return an item you will need a "Return Authorization Number".
Just email us and tell us that you would like to return an item.
Provide us with the following information:
1. Your original order number.
2. The item/items you're returning.
3. Whether you would like an Exchange or a Refund! ( less shipping)
4, If it's an exchange, which items would you like to exchange them for. Item#. Different size etc.We will provide you with the "Return Authorization Number" for you to write on the outside of the box you're returning and that's it!No Problems,No questions asked!
* Please allow us 3 to 5 business days to ship your replacment items. If an item that you wish to exchange your return for is not in stock, we will notify you and advise you when the item will become available for shipping.
You will then be given the choice of either waiting for the item to be shipped as soon as it's back in stock or be given a refund.
If you opt for a refund we will issue it immediately, but please be patient knowing that the banking institutions can take up to 7 to 10 days to credit your account.
